Brent is the founder of Saber Pension & Actuarial Services, a third party administration and actuarial firm specializing in Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans. He helps business owners throughout the United States reduce their tax liability while maximizing their retirement savings.
Brent is a credentialed actuary with 25 years of experience administering Defined Benefit retirement plans. Throughout his career, he has consulted with organizations ranging from one-person businesses to publicly traded companies sponsoring multi-billion-dollar pension plans.
Brent helps clients implement innovative retirement plan strategies while ensuring their plans remain compliant with complex administrative and regulatory requirements. He has extensive experience in plan design, implementation, ongoing administration, and compliance.
Brent earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Brigham Young University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries—the Society's highest professional designation—and an Enrolled Actuary.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
